Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain presence across relevant business directories, search engines, review websites, social platforms, online communities, and emerging AI-driven discovery channels.
• Ensure business information is accurate and consistent.
• Ensure profiles are complete.
• Ensure content clearly communicates who LBC Mortgage is and what it does.
• Explore how brands are mentioned in AI-generated answers.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen online presence.
• Investigate what helps AI systems discover and understand reliable information about businesses.
• Improve business listings.
• Research customer questions.
• Contribute appropriately to relevant communities.
• Test new content strategies.
