About the Role
The Healthcare Specialist role at SoftwareOne India is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune. This role involves providing healthcare-related expertise to internal teams and clients, including supporting medical and healthcare initiatives tied to technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assessing healthcare needs.
- Contributing to the design of workflows or processes aligned with medical standards.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations and best practices.
- Participating in training sessions.
- Developing healthcare-related documentation or guidelines.
- Supporting emergency response planning where applicable.
- Coordinating with stakeholders across operations, service delivery, and client engagement to ensure that healthcare considerations are integrated into solutions.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- EMT or equivalent emergency medical training.
- Solid understanding of core Medicine and Healthcare concepts.
- Strong Communication abilities.
- Experience in Training healthcare staff or non-medical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with healthcare standards, patient safety protocols, and emergency response procedures in corporate or clinical environments.
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills.
- Proficiency with basic digital tools.
- Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care.
Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in healthcare, nursing, paramedical sciences, public health, or a related medical field.
- Valid healthcare certifications are an advantage.
- Prior work in clinical settings, occupational health, corporate health programs, or healthcare operations is highly beneficial.
