About the Role

Xkinovate is a dermatology-focused organization dedicated to providing advanced, patient-centered skin care solutions. This is a full-time, on-site Dermatologist role based in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive skin, hair, and nail assessments.
• Diagnose dermatological conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Manage acne and other common skin disorders.
• Perform cosmetic dermatology procedures.
• Prescribe medications.
• Monitor treatment outcomes.
• Counsel patients on preventive skin care.
• Document clinical findings accurately.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
• Participate in case discussions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dermatologic and cosmetic innovations.
• Support quality and safety standards in the clinic.

Qualifications

• Recognized medical degree (MBBS) with MD/DNB/PG Diploma in Dermatology or equivalent.
• Valid medical registration.
• Strong clinical expertise in Dermatology and General Medicine.
• Specialized skills in Cosmetic Dermatology and Cosmetology.
• Focused experience in diagnosing and treating Acne and related skin conditions.
• Ability to perform dermatologic procedures safely, with strong attention to hygiene, infection control, and patient safety.
• Excellent patient communication skills, with the ability to explain diagnoses, treatment options, risks, and after-care clearly.
• Commitment to ethical, non-discriminatory patient care.
• Readiness to work in a diverse, high-volume clinical environment.
• Prior experience in an urban dermatology or cosmetic practice in Mumbai or similar settings is an advantage.
