About the Role
RAVIS CHOICE is a supply chain and affiliate marketing enterprise. The Business Specialist is a full-time remote role responsible for supporting and optimizing RAVIS CHOICE’s supply chain and affiliate marketing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyzing sales and performance data
- Assisting in business planning
- Identifying growth opportunities across digital, field, and telemarketing channels
- Coordinating with internal teams and external partners
- Supporting customer service initiatives
- Helping improve operational efficiency
- Contributing to communication strategies
- Preparing reports and presentations for leadership
- Participating in implementing new business processes and campaigns
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Basic office software proficiency
- Familiarity with digital marketing or CRM tools is an advantage
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, track performance metrics, and support decision-making
- Business and Business Planning skills to contribute to strategy development, market analysis, and operational improvements
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with team members, engage with partners, and present insights clearly
- Customer Service skills to support customer interactions, resolve issues, and enhance overall customer experience
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks
- Relevant experience in supply chain, affiliate marketing, or sales operations is beneficial.
- A diploma or degree in business, commerce, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory if experience is demonstrated.
