About the Role
The Interior Designer will work on-site in Pune City in a full-time capacity, collaborating with clients and project teams to develop and execute interior design concepts.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site visits.
- Prepare design proposals.
- Create mood boards.
- Develop detailed layouts and drawings.
- Select finishes, fixtures, and furnishings.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors.
- Ensure design intent is maintained throughout construction and installation.
- Participate in client meetings.
- Present design options.
- Refine concepts based on feedback.
- Help manage project timelines and budgets.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong Interior Design and Space Planning skills.
- Knowledge of Architecture and Construction Drawings.
- Experience with FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) specification, sourcing, and coordination with suppliers.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and drafting software (such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar).
- Basic MS Office skills.
Qualifications
- Relevant diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Prior experience in residential or commercial projects preferred.
- Strong visualization, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
