Key Responsibilities

• Manage planning, procurement, distribution, and aftermarket service supply chain operations, helping clients realize value.
• Manage the Supply Chain and provide insights to increase efficiency by reducing waste and facilitating greater profits.
• Manage the flow of goods and services, including all processes that transform raw materials into final products.
• Under direct supervision, manage data maintenance and work on short-term and long-term projects.
• Handle database and data mining.
• Analyze Quality related documents (certificates).
• Work with pre-approved guidelines.
• Assist proactively to help achieve organizational goals.
• Actively use continuous improvement tools to improve HS&E, quality, delivery, financial performance, employee engagement, and customer satisfaction.
• Handle special projects as assigned.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Supply Chain - Mechanical Engineering
• Advance Diploma in Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering
• SAP - MM module
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications, including some knowledge of advanced level of Excel functionality.

Qualifications

• Strong Knowledge of Reading & understanding Engineering drawing.
• Ability to analyze and present statistical data.
• Material test review & Maintenance documentation experience.
• 2 - 3 years experience in Quality Assurance control inspection and testing.
• Bachelor’s degree with preferable 1-2 years supply chain, maintenance or similar experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent Communication and Analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Must be able to balance multiple tasks in a challenging, fast-paced work environment.
