Springs Window Fashions is seeking a motivated and hardworking individual for our Commercial Team. This Product Management Internship offers an opportunity to assist with project support and gain valuable work experience. Our paid internship program includes in-depth project work with cross-functional teams, professional development, job shadowing, and other growth opportunities.

Internship Projects And Responsibilities

• Product Management Improvement Projects
• Research current trends in AI for Architects
• Create a BOM for motorized display and share with dealers
• Develop a sales team competitor worksheet/binder and integrate into existing AI tool
• Assist in enhancing the current dealer portal for ease-of-use
• Support the Clutch offering for commercial brands (Mecho and SWF Contract)

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office
• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong communication skills (verbal, written and attention to detail)
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn

Qualifications

• Previous internship experience in a relevant function preferred
• Pursuing a 4-year degree, preferably at Sophomore/Junior level
• Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Related Major preferred
