About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Owner role based in the Pune District for M2Labo Bharat. The Owner will oversee overall business strategy, operations, and financial performance, ensuring sustainable growth and compliance with relevant regulations.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Ability to work on-site in the Pune District and commit to full-time responsibilities, including hands-on involvement in daily operations.
• Familiarity with local regulatory requirements, taxation, and compliance standards
• Prior experience in the regional market is an advantage

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business ownership, entrepreneurship, or senior leadership with responsibility for strategy, operations, and financial outcomes.
• Strong skills in business planning, budgeting, and financial analysis, with the ability to interpret data and manage risk.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage talent, and foster an inclusive, collaborative work environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills for engaging clients, partners, and vendors.
• Experience in setting and executing growth strategies, including market analysis, product or service development, and process optimization.
• Relevant academic background such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, management, or a related field is preferred.
