This role offers an exciting opportunity to build expertise in mutual fund data analysis and contribute directly to delivering high-quality data solutions to clients in the financial services industry. You will work with a diverse global team, gain exposure to international asset management companies, develop financial market knowledge, and play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of critical investment fund data. The role is within the Engineering & Data Management function, involving collaboration across regions and contributing to continuous process improvements in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Updating mutual fund information in internal databases accurately and within agreed timelines.
• Performing quality checks to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Communicating with UK and offshore asset management companies via email and telephone.
• Responding to client queries and providing timely clarifications based on priority and urgency.
• Extracting, preparing, and delivering project-related reports as requested by management.
• Supporting the team in maintaining service level agreements and operational excellence.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently, identify opportunities for process improvement, and deliver against defined SLA standards with high accuracy.
• Eagerness to learn new mutual fund concepts quickly, apply them effectively, and collaborate actively within a team environment.
