About the Role
The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in South Delhi, responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring that MildCares’ strategic vision is translated into effective execution. The COO will manage and optimize operational processes across product development, supply chain, distribution, and customer experience, aligning resources to support growth and impact goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Designing and implementing business plans.
- Setting operational KPIs.
- Monitoring performance.
- Driving continuous improvement.
- Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Collaborating with the CEO and leadership team on financial planning, budgeting, and risk management.
- Building and mentoring cross-functional teams.
- Stakeholder management with partners, investors, and institutional supporters.
- Ensuring operational readiness for scaling MildCares’ solutions in domestic and global markets.

Qualifications

- Ability to build, coach, and retain high-performing teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working with partners, investors, and institutional bodies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
- An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is highly beneficial.
