About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Software Engineer role based in Pune. The Software Engineer will design, develop, test, and maintain backend and full-stack components for AI, CRM, pharma technology, and enterprise automation products.

Key Responsibilities

• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Implement APIs and integrations.
• Optimize application performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver features from concept to deployment.
• Participate in code reviews.
• Troubleshoot issues in production and staging environments.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical best practices.
• Support continuous improvement by adopting modern development tools, testing frameworks, and deployment pipelines.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong foundation in Computer Science principles, including data structures, algorithms, and software architecture.
• Hands-on experience in Software Development and Programming using one or more modern languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript).
• Proficiency in Back-End Web Development, including RESTful APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and server-side frameworks.
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and design patterns.
• Experience with version control (Git), collaborative development workflows, and unit/integration testing.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is an advantage.
• Exposure to AI, data processing, or workflow automation solutions is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Pune.
• Communicate clearly with cross-functional teams.
• Take ownership of deliverables.
