English Facilitator

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging English lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum and academic objectives.
• Develop students’ reading, writing, speaking, listening, grammar, and comprehension skills.
• Encourage creative writing, literary analysis, classroom discussions, and effective communication.
• Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and other instructional resources.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback for academic improvement.
• Use innovative teaching methodologies, educational technology, and differentiated instruction.
• Maintain a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and academic coordinators to support student development.
• Participate in school events, curriculum planning, and professional development activities.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Excellent classroom management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to integrate technology and activity-based learning into classroom teaching.
• Familiarity with international curricula, such as the IB or Cambridge curriculum, would be an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, preferably with a B.Ed.
• Prior experience teaching English in a reputed school is preferred.
• Student-focused, creative, and enthusiastic educator.
• Strong pedagogical skills and a commitment to continuous learning.
