Macy's is looking for a Retail Selling Colleague to join their team at the Rosedale Center. This role blends selling with genuine hospitality to create standout shopping experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs, offering personalized recommendations and connecting them with products and services.
• Achieve selling goals through customer engagement and smart selling behaviors.
• Build trust, meet sales targets, and inspire loyalty with every interaction.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and inviting shopping space.
• Greet teammates, ensure the sales floor is prepared for customers, and review sales goals.
• Stay informed about new arrivals, top-selling items, trends, and promotions.
• Engage, educate, and sell with confidence.
• Maintain a shoppable space by recovering the floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, and supporting merchandise moves.
• Share Loyalty program benefits and ensure customers have everything they need.
• Support colleagues with honesty, care, and collaboration.
• Strive for daily improvement, take pride in work, achieve sales goals, and learn from others.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors.
• Ability to read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English.

Essential Physical Requirements

• Talking, lifting, constant moving, standing, and reaching with arms and hands.
• Standing for at least two consecutive hours.
• Lifting at least 25lbs.
• Stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
• Reaching, including above eye level.
• Requires close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
• Frequent use of computers and other technology necessary to perform job functions.
