Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support for office computers, printers, networks, and other IT equipment.
• Connect, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.
• Assist with installation, updating, and management of hardware and software.
• Create professional graphics, presentations, social-media creatives, banners, and office documents.
• Use Figma for designing and maintaining UI/UX layouts for the firm’s website and applications.
• Assist in the operation, updating, and basic management of the firm’s website and mobile/web applications.
• Support UI/UX design work, including wireframes, screen layouts, prototypes, and visual improvements.
• Use and evaluate AI tools for productivity, content drafting, research, image generation, automation, and design support.
• Maintain digital records, manage files, and ensure smooth technology operations across the firm.
• Provide prompt support to team members for technology-related issues.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software installation, networking basics, and troubleshooting.
• Expertise in connecting and configuring computers, printers, scanners, routers, and related devices.
• Proficiency in Figma, including basic UI/UX design, prototyping, and design layouts.
• Good graphic-designing ability and knowledge of design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar.
• Practical understanding of AI tools and their functionality, including AI chat assistants, image-generation tools, automation tools, and productivity platforms.
• Ability to handle websites and applications, including content updates, basic maintenance, and coordination with developers.

Qualifications

• Preference will be given to candidates with a degree in Computer Applications, such as BCA, MCA, B.Sc. (Computer Science), B.IT, or an equivalent qualification.
• Candidates with relevant certifications in graphic design, UI/UX, hardware/networking, or AI tools may also apply.

Additional Preference

• Expertise in Hindi typing will be given preference.
