About the Role
Comfort Systems is a professional building services provider specializing in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and related mechanical systems. This is a full-time, on-site HVAC role based in the Pune Division.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
- Perform diagnostic checks and troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Carry out preventive maintenance.
- Support basic plumbing work as needed.
- Respond to service requests.
- Document work performed.
- Coordinate with team members.
- Communicate clearly with customers about findings, recommendations, and next steps.
- Adhere to schedules and maintain accurate recordkeeping.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- HVAC skills (installation, maintenance, repair).
- Troubleshooting skills (mechanical, electrical, control issues).
- Preventive Maintenance skills (inspections, cleaning, routine servicing).
- Basic Plumbing skills.
- Customer Service skills (clear communication, professionalism, respect for client property).
- Knowledge of safety regulations.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
- Ability to read technical diagrams.
- Ability to work on-site in the Pune Division.
- Ability to manage physical tasks.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
Qualifications
- Relevant technical diploma or certification in HVAC or mechanical trades is preferred.
