About the Role

This role is suitable for candidates interested in:

Key Responsibilities

• Advising customers on diamond quality and value
• Supporting sales of studded jewellery
• Demonstrating diamonds using in-store equipment
• Assisting store teams with diamond-related product knowledge
• Supporting stock validation and technical checks

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Good communication skills in English and the regional language
• Customer-focused mindset
• In-store equipment for demonstrating diamonds

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any discipline.
• Diploma or degree in diamonds from institutes such as GIA, GSI, HRD, IGI, etc., or related field from a recognized institution is preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in the retail industry is preferred.

Training Programme

All shortlisted candidates MUST attend an in-person classroom training programme.

• Free training (candidates must arrange their own travel and accommodation)
• Duration: 5 weeks
• Training location: Mumbai
• Start date: 16 November 2026
• Training outcomes: Build practical skills in diamond grading and screening, treatments, lab-grown diamonds, gemstones, customer communication and premium retail service.

On completing the programme, certification and interview, successful candidates will be offered a placement at the country's leading jewellery retail chain in Bengaluru.

• Rs. 2 to 4 lakhs per annum plus incentives
