In this role, you will work alongside experienced analysts to understand client requirements, improve business processes, and document system functionality while developing your skills in data analysis and process modeling.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with analysts to understand client needs and improve business processes.
- Translate business requirements into clear documentation and system specifications.
- Document system functionality to support client delivery.
- Work with cross-functional teams to support project requirements and deliverables.
- Verify system designs using test plans.
- Develop and strengthen skills in Excel, SQL, and Visio.
- Support client delivery activities and contribute to healthcare technology solutions.
