About the Role
The Public Area Cleaner will be responsible for keeping the hotel clean and stocked.
Key Responsibilities
- Stocking housekeeping carts
- Collecting and running laundry
- Maintaining hotel cleanliness inside and outside
- Sweeping, vacuuming, or wiping glass windows/doors
- Replenishing toiletries, soap, lotion, paper products
- Delivering items to guest rooms as needed (e.g., towels, extra pillows, supplies)
- Responding to guest requests in a timely and courteous manner
- Reporting and delivering lost & found items to the appropriate office/department
- Working in a team environment and assisting/supporting team members
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Must be able to work the majority of the shift in a standing position, constantly moving
- Attention to detail
Qualifications
- Highly organized
