About the Role
This is an entry-level, full-time Retail Marketing & Sales Assistant position based in Springdale, AR, with an immediate start available. The role involves representing leading wireless, internet, and tech brands inside major national retailers.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent well-known wireless, internet, and tech brands inside leading national retail stores and at promotional events.
- Engage shoppers face to face and make a strong first impression for the brand.
- Deliver product demos and explain offers clearly and confidently.
- Understand each customer’s needs and recommend the right products and services.
- Guide customers from first conversation to sign-up.
- Work toward individual and team sales targets.
- Share customer and in-store insights with the management team to improve each campaign.
- Join team briefings, training, and campaign preparation at the Springdale office.
Requirements & Tech Stack
No experience needed; full paid training is provided.
- Outgoing and confident with new people.
- Interested in retail, marketing, sales, or consumer brands.
- Motivated by targets and keen to see your results.
- Positive, reliable, and team-first.
- Happy to spend your day on your feet in a busy store environment.
- Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or sales is helpful but not required.
