About the Role
Marketing Panda is hiring an experienced Sales Executive to cold call Australian business owners and sell their digital marketing services, with a strong focus on Facebook and Instagram advertising. This is an urgent position requiring immediate start and the ability to hit the phones from day one and bring in results. This role is not for beginners.
Key Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound cold calls to Australian small and medium businesses
- Pitch and sell Facebook and Instagram advertising packages, along with wider marketing services
- Understand each business owner’s challenges and position the right solution
- Book qualified meetings and close deals
- Handle objections confidently and follow up consistently
- Build strong relationships with prospects and keep CRM records accurate
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proven cold calling experience in a B2B sales role
- Experience selling digital marketing services, especially Facebook and Instagram ads
- Direct experience calling or selling to Australian businesses, with a clear understanding of the Australian market and business culture
- Professional, fluent spoken English with a clear accent
- Available to work Australian business hours (early morning IST shift)
- Available to start immediately
- Own laptop, noise-cancelling headset, and reliable high-speed internet
Qualifications
- General marketing knowledge (Google Ads, SEO, websites, CRM) is a strong advantage
