About the Role
Sevita, through its community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, offers a mission-driven team environment focused on creating fulfilling careers and supporting individuals to live well. This is a full-time position with available overnight and evening schedules in Rock Falls, IL.
- Schedules: Sunday through Thursday 11pm-7am OR Tuesday through Saturday 3-11pm
- Hourly Pay: $19.45
- Note: New employee training will be held in Rockford, IL.
Key Responsibilities

- Support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
- Assist people with their personal hygiene

Requirements & Tech Stack
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
