About the Role
HobbyFi is an AI-powered business operating system built specifically for the hobby industry, unifying intelligent automation, conversational AI, CRM, operations, and analytics. The GTM Engineer internship is an on-site role in Jaipur, supporting go-to-market initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and test product features.
- Assist in integrating AI, CRM, and analytics components.
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to align technical capabilities with market needs.
- Prepare demos.
- Document workflows.
- Analyze user feedback.
- Create basic technical materials to enable customer onboarding and adoption.
Qualifications
- Foundational knowledge of software development or engineering principles, with an interest in AI-driven products and SaaS platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights for go-to-market teams.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and creating clear documentation.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Interest in the hobby industry and in how technology can improve business operations and customer experiences.
