Telemarketing Executive

About the Role

The Telemarketing Executive at Petfolk is responsible for proactively generating grooming orders and revenue through outbound calling, existing customer reactivation, digital lead conversion, and consistent follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

• Make proactive outbound calls to Petfolk's existing customer database to generate repeat grooming bookings and reactivate inactive customers.
• Contact and convert new leads generated through social media advertisements, WhatsApp, website, and other marketing campaigns.
• Handle incoming customer enquiries and convert them into confirmed grooming appointments.
• Consistently follow up with potential customers until bookings are confirmed or leads are closed.
• Explain Petfolk's grooming services, packages, pricing, and promotional offers.
• Work with AI-assisted CRM, chatbots, and automated follow-up systems to maximize conversions.
• Coordinate with grooming teams to schedule and confirm appointments.
• Maintain accurate customer records, call details, booking statuses, and follow-up schedules.
• Achieve daily and monthly grooming booking, conversion, and revenue targets.
• Submit daily performance reports covering outbound calls, leads contacted, bookings confirmed, and revenue generated.
