Key Responsibilities & Requirements
Voice Process
- Qualification: HSC / Graduate
- Experience: Freshers & BPO Experienced Candidates
- Language: English
- Required Skills:
- Good verbal & written communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Experience in inbound voice process preferred
- Strong English communication skills
- Language proficiency: 50%+ / 55%+
Non-Voice Process
- Qualification: HSC / Graduate
- Experience: Freshers
- Required Skills:
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer operations knowledge
- Back-office process handling skills
- Good English communication skills
