About the Role

Uline is seeking a Customer Service Representative to build customer relationships, provide solutions, and deliver legendary service. Pay

$25 - $30 per hour with significant growth and earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, make product recommendations, and handle account inquiries using world-class technology.
• Become a product and solutions expert to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
• Build business relationships with customers over phone, email, and chat.
• Understand customer needs and recommend Uline's best solutions.
• Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent problem-solving, listening, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus; training will be provided for eager learners.
