Video Editor Intern

About the Role

This is a remote internship role for a Video Editor Intern at iTUX. The intern will assist in creating engaging video content for various purposes including marketing campaigns, social media platforms, product promotions, brand awareness initiatives, and corporate communications. The role offers hands-on experience in professional video production.

Duration

• 3 to 6 months (unpaid)

Key Responsibilities

• Editing raw footage.
• Creating short-form and long-form video content.
• Adding motion graphics, subtitles, transitions, and sound effects.
• Ensuring high-quality visual storytelling.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
• Understanding of video editing principles, storytelling, pacing, and visual composition.
• Knowledge of motion graphics, transitions, color correction, and audio enhancement.
• Familiarity with creating content for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and websites.
• Basic understanding of branding and digital marketing content.

Qualifications

• A creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• A portfolio showcasing video editing projects, reels, or creative work.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Multimedia, Mass Communication, Film Production, Animation, Digital Media, or a related field.
