Marketing & Communications Internship

About the Role

This 10-week summer program offers an intensive professional development curriculum including:

This position provides exposure to key business divisions such as Actuarial Services, Asset Management, Business Management, Corporate Strategy and Development, Financial Analysis and Accounting, Human Resources, Internal Audit, Law and Policy, Marketing and Communications, Product and Business Development, Retirement Solutions, Risk and Compliance, Technology, and Wealth Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete projects assigned by your manager, which may include:
• Assisting in data collection and analysis.
• Helping develop client journeys to make recommendations that optimize current client experience.
• Inventorying marketing and communication material to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Helping map Marketing processes and identify steps for improvement.
• Preparing draft presentations for leadership.
• Attend company functions, including training programs, speaker series, lunch-and-learns, and social networking events for career growth and personal development.
• Shadow multiple office jobs and train in a variety of tasks.
• Gain experience and an overall feel for the company and the financial services industry.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Currently enrolled in a degree-seeking program with an expected graduation date between May 2028 – June 2030.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Must have authorization to work in the U.S. and not require current or future work visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• High School Preferred.
