1st Shift General Cleaner

About the Role

Vonachen Group is seeking a General Cleaner for a full-time, 1st Shift position in Marysville, OH. This role is responsible for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality, managing supply levels, adhering to company policies, and contributing to a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean various areas of the building, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and restroom cleaning.
• Gather and empty trash bins in designated areas, following all health and safety regulations.
• Stock, organize, and maintain janitor supply rooms.
• Inform management of any potential safety risks, hazards, or needed repair work.
• Monitor building security and safety, such as locking doors after hours.
• Complete other assigned duties and special trainings.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance.
• Good communication skills.
• Strong detail orientation.
• Customer-oriented and friendly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
• Ability to repeat the same movements.
• Ability to frequently bend and twist.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull 50 lbs.

Details

• Full Time, 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM.
• $15/hr.
