Recruiting Coordinator Sport

About the Role

Soccer Shots is seeking an organized, energetic, and people-focused Recruiting & Talent Coordinator to help find and hire great coaches and team members. This is a full-time opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with people, managing multiple priorities, and making an impact on a growing business.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and attract talent: Find qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
• Manage the hiring process: Review applications, contact applicants, schedule interviews, follow up with candidates, and move applicants through each stage.
• Keep candidates engaged: Communicate promptly and professionally to create a positive candidate experience.
• Support hiring across multiple markets: Help recruit coaches and staff for Soccer Shots and other youth sports programs.
• Coordinate onboarding: Collect required documents and help new hires complete onboarding requirements.
• Maintain recruiting systems: Keep candidate records, hiring pipelines, and recruiting tasks organized and up to date using Monday.com, Connecteam, and other tools.
• Track recruiting performance: Monitor applications, interviews, hiring progress, and recruiting results to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Work with operations: Coordinate with leadership and operations teams to understand staffing needs and fill open positions efficiently.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple open positions.
• Proactive and persistent.
• Comfortable making calls, sending texts and emails, and speaking with applicants throughout the day.
• Able to learn new software and keep information accurate.
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a team.
• Experience with Monday.com and Connecteam is a plus.

Qualifications

• Recruiting or staffing experience is a plus, but candidates with experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, administrative coordination, or other people-focused roles will also be considered.
