Role Description

The Sales Professional will be responsible for promoting and selling medical equipment to hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities. This full-time, on-site role includes regular visits to clients, product demonstrations, and follow-ups to close sales opportunities. The role involves identifying new business prospects, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and meeting assigned sales targets. The Sales Professional will collaborate with internal teams to provide accurate product information, pricing, and after-sales support, while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of medical equipment and healthcare market trends. Documentation of sales activities, preparation of reports, and participation in marketing or training events are also part of the day-to-day responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote medical devices to government healthcare authorities and institutions.
• Establish and expand partnerships across government institutions CMO offices, medical colleges, hospitals, labs, etc.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), government authorities, CMOs.
• Track Government Tenders related to Medical Equipment/Devices regularly.
• Visit CMO offices and other government healthcare institutions to build strong business relationships.
• Lead contract negotiations with government healthcare bodies.
• Create and manage a strong sales pipeline, providing regular updates to the Commercial Team.
• Handle lead generation, tender follow-ups & ensure timely deliveries.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong communication & negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel and consistently meet targets.
• Familiarity with GeM portal and public health procurement is a plus point.
