NetSuite Engineer

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site NetSuite Engineer role based in Gurugram. The NetSuite Engineer will configure, customize, and maintain NetSuite ERP to support dental lab operations, including finance, inventory, order management, and production workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and optimize scripts, workflows, custom records, and integrations.
• Troubleshoot system issues and ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, translate business needs into NetSuite solutions, and support process improvements and automation.
• Provide user support and training.
• Document technical changes.
• Coordinate with external vendors or partners when needed.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• NetSuite ERP skills: strong experience in NetSuite configuration, customization, workflows, SuiteScript, and role/permission management.
• Technical and integration skills: proficiency with APIs, web services, data migration, and integration tools; solid understanding of SQL or similar query languages.
• Business process skills: ability to map and optimize processes in areas such as finance, supply chain, inventory, and production within an ERP environment.
• Analysis and problem-solving skills: strong aptitude for requirements gathering, system analysis, troubleshooting, and root-cause identification.
• Collaboration and communication skills: ability to work closely with operations, finance, IT, and leadership teams; clear written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Prior experience as a NetSuite Engineer, Developer, or Administrator is preferred.
• Additional beneficial experience: familiarity with manufacturing or laboratory operations, knowledge of dental or healthcare industry workflows, and experience in process automation and reporting/dashboard development.
