Script Producer
Creators Dream
About the Role
We are looking for a Long-Form Research & Script Producer for YouTube videos. You will be the research and writing engine, testing new AI tools hands-on, finding unique angles, and turning them into scripts ready for review. The creator locks the angle before you draft and do the final review.
Key Responsibilities
- Test new AI tools hands-on and write clear testing notes.
- Dig up pro tips, workflows, and angles that other creators have not covered.
- For every long-form video, deliver a research document, 3 to 5 hook options, a structured outline, and a first-draft script.
- Write natural, conversational Hinglish scripts that sound like the creator.
- Plan structure and retention: hook, pacing, pattern interrupts, payoff.
- Research beyond the first page of Google: communities, changelogs, docs, X, Reddit, GitHub, newsletters.
- Maintain organized documentation: a tools-tested log, a topic bank and a source library.
- Incorporate feedback quickly and keep the pipeline on schedule.
- Pass useful research and angles to the short-form team for repurposing.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Uses AI tools daily and can show what they have tested recently.
- Writes natural Hinglish.
- Can explain why a YouTube video works: hook, structure, retention.
- Strong independent research habits.
- Uses ChatGPT or Claude well and can spot and fix generic AI output.
- Organized, documents their work, takes feedback well.
Good to Have
- Experience writing for a tech or AI YouTube channel (a big plus).
- Basic understanding of YouTube analytics (CTR, average view duration, retention, graphs).
- Familiarity with no-code tools, automation, or light coding.
