PR Events Assistant, Entry Level

About the Role

Elite Exposure is hiring a PR Events Assistant in Indianapolis. This role is for individuals who want to apply communication and public relations skills in a face-to-face live events environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent Elite Exposure and charity partners at live pop-up events and community activations.
• Develop and deliver on-brand public relations messaging directly to consumers face-to-face.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with community members, donors, and nonprofit partners.
• Support pre- and post-event communications to maximize community engagement and campaign awareness.
• Track event performance metrics, public response, and campaign results, and report findings.
• Collaborate with senior team members to refine messaging strategy and improve event outcomes.
• Grow into a senior PR or leadership role.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced in-person field environment at live events.
• Reliable transportation for daily travel to event locations across Indianapolis.

Qualifications

• Degree or current enrollment in Public Relations, Strategic Communications, Marketing, Communications, or a related field — preferred but not required.
