Digital Marketing Associate

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and curious Digital Marketing Associate passionate about digital marketing, customer engagement, and data-driven growth. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience who want to build a career in digital marketing, CRM, lifecycle marketing, and marketing automation. You will work closely with the marketing and growth teams to execute digital campaigns, understand customer behaviour, analyse campaign performance, and explore ways to improve user engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Digital Campaign Execution: Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to improve customer engagement and conversions.
• CRM & Customer Engagement: Support customer communication campaigns through Email, WhatsApp, SMS, and push notifications.
• Campaign Automation: Learn to build and manage automated customer journeys using CRM and marketing automation platforms such as MoEngage.
• Content & Communication: Assist in creating engaging campaign copy, subject lines, calls to action, and promotional messaging.
• Campaign Analytics: Track and analyse campaign metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and engagement.
• Customer Segmentation: Help segment audiences based on user behaviour, engagement levels, and lifecycle stages.
• Campaign Optimization: Support A/B testing of campaign messages, creatives, and delivery timings to improve performance.
• Market Research: Research digital marketing trends, competitor campaigns, and new opportunities to improve customer engagement.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, design, product, and business teams to execute campaigns effectively.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Communications, or a related field.
• 0–1 year of experience, including internships, in digital marketing, CRM, growth marketing, or related areas.
• Strong interest in digital marketing and a willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts such as SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, Google Ads, or Meta Ads.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic analytical skills and comfort working with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a proactive learning mindset.

Good to Have

• Digital marketing certifications or relevant projects.
• Exposure to Google Analytics, GA4, Google Ads, or Meta Ads.
• Familiarity with email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, or CRM platforms.
• Basic knowledge of customer segmentation, campaign metrics, or marketing automation.
• Experience using tools such as MoEngage, CleverTap, HubSpot, or Mailchimp.
