About the Role
- Designation: LMS - Coordinator
- Location: Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze daily MIS of associates.
- Weekly follow up on lead quality.
- Conversion support.
- Analyze data location-wise and identify the reasons for changes in conversion trends.
- Provide real-time support to associates on petty issues.
- Maintain MIS on the cross-sell data from associates.
- Timely updating associates on new policies.
- Increasing conversion ratios on the existing data set.
- Running SMS/Email campaigns on associate data.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Advance Excel Formula (Countifs, Sumifs, IF and IFS conditions and logic, etc.)
- PowerPoint Presentation
- Google Sheets and Google Forms creation
- Sound knowledge of Power BI
- VBA, Macro (Report Automation)
