About the Role

• Full-time Unlimited Club Support Representative position.
• Focus on helping customers maximize their memberships, answering questions, and resolving account concerns.
• Supports daily operations of the Unlimited Club Department.
• Combines phone support, customer support ticket management, and face-to-face customer service.
• Assists lobby visitors with membership updates, gift card purchases, and detailing inquiries.
• For friendly, organized individuals comfortable balancing customer service with administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide helpful customer service: Answer incoming calls and assist customers with membership questions, account updates, and concerns.
• Manage customer support tickets: Create, review, and follow up on requests to ensure customers receive timely responses and resolutions.
• Assist customers in person: Help lobby visitors with Unlimited Club memberships, account assistance, gift card purchases, and detailing inquiries.
• Keep accurate records: Document customer interactions, update account information, and assist with reporting.
• Support daily operations: Assist the Unlimited Club Department with administrative tasks and help keep work organized.
• Work as a team: Collaborate with the Unlimited Club team to resolve concerns and deliver a positive customer experience.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Clear, friendly communication skills over the phone and in person.
• Patient, professional approach to resolving customer concerns.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Comfort using computers and learning customer account and support systems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to help customers and teammates.

Qualifications

• At least six months of experience in customer service or an administrative role.

Compensation

• $16 per hour.
• Performance-based bonus opportunities.
