Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement DFT strategies for ASIC designs to enhance testability and reduce manufacturing costs.
- Collaborate with design and verification teams to integrate DFT features into the design flow.
- Analyze test results and provide feedback to design teams to improve product quality.
- Work on the development of test patterns and test programs for various ASIC products.
- Participate in design reviews and provide insights on DFT-related aspects.
- Stay updated with the latest DFT tools and methodologies to continuously improve testing processes.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong knowledge of design for testing methodologies.
- Experience with ASIC design processes and tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
