About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Customer Engagement:
• Identify and generate leads through digital marketing campaigns, cold calling, and email outreach.
• Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and provide relevant product or service information.
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings or product demos for the sales team.
• Marketing Campaign Execution:
• Support the execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media promotions, and content marketing.
• Collaborate with the digital marketing team to track campaign performance and optimize strategies.
• Assist in content creation, including writing promotional emails, social media posts, and marketing materials.
• Market Research & Analysis:
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve marketing strategies.
• Maintain and update customer databases with relevant information.
• Sales Support & Coordination:
• Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Provide necessary marketing materials and presentations to support the sales process.
• Follow up with leads and prospects to ensure continuous engagement.
• Reporting & Performance Monitoring:
• Track and report on marketing campaign performance and lead conversion rates.
• Analyze key metrics and provide insights for future marketing strategies.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management.
