About the Role

El Bueno Coffee Roasters is a specialty coffee roastery looking for a Marketing Associate to help build the brand. This is a hands-on role involving content, social media, campaigns, collaborations, and brand building. You will work closely with leadership and the wider team, taking ideas from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Help build and manage El Bueno’s social media and content.
• Work on campaigns, launches, and brand initiatives.
• Develop ideas for content, collaborations, and activations.
• Identify and work with creators, influencers, and potential brand partners.
• Support events, coffee experiences, and other brand activities.
• Track marketing channel performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with sales and roastery teams to execute ideas.

Qualifications

• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and creative thinking skills.
• Good understanding of social media, digital content, and quick commerce.
• Curiosity about brands, culture, and consumer behavior.
• Proactive, organised, and comfortable working independently.
• A genuine love for coffee is a significant advantage.
• Experience creating content, building a following, or working as a micro-influencer is a plus.
• Curiosity, good taste, and a desire to build rather than just execute are highly valued.
