- Supporting due diligence on new projects and acquisitions, working with data from every corner of the business
- Analyzing performance data from our operating fleet and reporting on trends and improvements
- Preparing clear reports, dashboards and presentations for project teams and senior leadership
- Supporting the development team with data for interconnection applications, permitting and site selection
- Improving the spreadsheets, tools and datasets the whole company relies on
What We Are Looking For

- Attention to detail and the discipline to get the numbers right
- Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to turn analysis into insight
- Initiative and curiosity: you take ownership, ask good questions and learn quickly
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Internship or project experience in energy, finance or data analysis is a plus but not required.
What We Offer
- $58,000 - $78,000 base salary, depending on experience
- Hybrid working from our Pittsburgh office
- A structured development path with mentorship from experienced analysts and managers
- Exposure to development, finance and operations across three technologies
- Health, dental and vision coverage, 401(k) with company match, and generous PTO
- Support for professional development and further study
- The chance to grow with a company building and operating real clean energy assets
