Key Responsibilities

• Move efficiently to ensure life-changing products are shipped quickly and accurately through effective order fulfillment management.
• Receive on-the-job training to certify in driving power industrial equipment, specialized processes, and operating advanced automation.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Entry level experience
• Ability to walk up to 10 miles throughout the course of a shift.
• Ability to lift 20 to 50 lbs repetitively throughout the course of a shift without assistance.

Qualifications

• Full-time shift: Sunday 6:00 pm start until completion, Monday & Tuesday 7:00 pm start until completion.
• Base pay rate starting at $21.30/hr for night shifts, increasing up to $22.51/hr in the first 12 months.
• Eligibility to participate in a company incentive plan for potential additional earnings (up to $1.75/hour in incentive pay based on performance).
