About the Role

As a Bartender/Mixologist at Hilton, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages while delivering memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Delight guests with an upbeat and friendly attitude.
• Proactively seek opportunities to make guest experiences special.
• Mix, garnish, and serve drinks according to recipe standards.
• Ensure accuracy and satisfaction in beverage preparation.
• Stock and organize bar supplies, including beverages, glassware, and perishables.
• Maintain seamless bar service through organization.
• Process payments efficiently and accurately using the point-of-sale system.
• Handle cash, credit/debit cards, gift certificates, and vouchers.
• Monitor product quality and ensure freshness of all beverage-related items.
• Manage inventory of beverage-related items.
• Address guest concerns professionally.
• Manage situations involving intoxicated guests with care and respect.
• Ensure a safe environment for guests and team members.
• Comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
