Project Engineer

About the Role

The Project Engineer will be responsible for managing end-to-end project execution, including planning, coordination, and technical oversight for on-site activities in Bengaluru. This full-time, on-site role involves preparing detailed project plans, monitoring progress, managing resources, and ensuring adherence to specifications, safety standards, and timelines. The Project Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients to resolve technical issues, track milestones, and support successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong Project Engineering and Electrical Engineering skills.
• Solid Project Management and Project Planning skills.
• Effective Communication skills for working with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Ability to interpret technical documents and engineering drawings.
• Proficiency with relevant project and engineering software tools is beneficial.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail.
• Willingness to work on-site in dynamic project conditions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Experience with site execution, quality assurance, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Practical experience in project implementation within industrial, infrastructure, or building services environments.
