Quality Assurance Intern

About the Role

The Quality Assurance Intern role at Fliqwave is an on-site internship based in the Pune Division. The intern will support the QA team by assisting in the planning and execution of test cases, documenting defects, and helping to ensure that software products meet defined quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of test cases.
• Document defects.
• Ensure software products meet defined quality standards.
• Participate in reviews of requirements and specifications.
• Perform manual and basic automated testing.
• Maintain accurate records of test results.
• Collaborate with developers, product teams, and senior QA professionals to understand workflows.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Learn best practices in quality processes within a fast-paced technology environment.

Qualifications

• Skills in Quality Assurance and Quality Control.
• Skills in Quality Management and Quality Auditing.
• Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) or similar quality frameworks, and ability to apply structured quality guidelines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of software development lifecycles.
• Familiarity with testing concepts, tools, or frameworks.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Willingness to learn, adapt to new tools and methodologies, and follow established quality and security practices.
