Key Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day maintenance activities of plant machinery and equipment.
- Support preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Monitor machine performance and report abnormalities.
- Assist in root cause analysis of equipment failures and implementation of corrective actions.
- Maintain maintenance records, checklists, and equipment history.
- Support spare parts inventory management and consumption tracking.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and plant maintenance procedures.
- Participate in TPM, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist senior engineers during troubleshooting and machine installations.
- Coordinate with production teams to minimize machine downtime.
