About the Role

Applicants will join a mission-focused environment that blends analytical thinking, practical business insights. The Video Editor will work full time on-site in Gurugram, creating and refining video content that communicates the consultancy’s values, services, and client success stories.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit raw footage into compelling narratives.
• Perform color correction and basic sound clean-up.
• Add motion graphics or text overlays as needed.
• Collaborate closely with the consultant to understand messaging goals.
• Plan video concepts.
• Prepare assets for different platforms (website, social media, presentations, and training materials).

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing.
• Skills in Video Color Grading.
• Skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics.
• Proficiency with industry-standard editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
• Proficiency with motion graphics software (e.g., After Effects) is highly beneficial.
• Strong storytelling ability.
• Sense of visual composition.
• Understanding of pacing for educational and promotional content.
• Ability to work on-site in Gurugram.
• Ability to collaborate effectively.
• Ability to manage deadlines.
• Ability to adapt to evolving project needs.
• Previous experience in editing content for consultants, training, entrepreneurship, or business-focused audiences is an advantage.
• A relevant degree, diploma, or portfolio demonstrating high-quality video editing and motion graphics work is preferred.
