Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrating automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features.
- Taking test drives.
- Comparing and contrasting competitive models.
- Explaining warranties and services.
- Continually learning about product updates, features, accessories, inventory, and their benefits to the customer.
- Realizing that business is built on customer satisfaction and being devoted to guaranteeing satisfaction to customers.
- Learning to overcome objections.
- Asking for the sale.
- Negotiating price.
- Completing sales or purchase agreements.
- Explaining and offering warranties, services, and finance.
- Following all company policies and procedures.
