About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate Graphic Designer who can bring ideas to life through creative designs, engaging videos, and impactful digital content. This role is for individuals who think creatively, pay attention to every detail, and love turning ideas into eye-catching visuals.

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging creatives for social media, digital campaigns, advertisements, and brand communication.
• Create high-quality graphics, reels, motion graphics, and video content.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop creative concepts that align with campaign objectives.
• Maintain brand consistency, design accuracy, and high-quality output across all deliverables.
• Understand creative briefs and convert ideas into visually compelling designs.
• Explore new design trends, creative styles, and visual storytelling techniques.
• Identify opportunities to improve design quality, workflow, and creative execution.
• Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and deliver work within deadlines.
• Take ownership of assigned projects and implement feedback to continuously improve.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Hands-on knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite:
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe After Effects
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Figma

Qualifications

• A creative thinker with a strong visual sense and attention to detail.
• Good command of design tools and an understanding of design principles, typography, colours, and layouts.
• Ability to create original designs rather than simply follow templates.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with the marketing team.
• A willingness to learn, accept feedback, solve problems, and improve with every project.
• A portfolio showcasing your designs, college projects, personal work, or creative experiments.
