About the Role

• Full-time, on-site position based in Navi Mumbai.
• Contribute to digital transformation projects by supporting solution design, implementation, and quality assurance.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
• Participate in requirement analysis.
• Assist in documentation.
• Ensure deliverables align with client expectations and organizational standards.
• Coordinate with stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer experiences.
• Work within established methodologies.
• Proactively learn new tools, frameworks, and best practices relevant to V2Solutions’ service offerings.

• Support digital transformation initiatives, including process analysis, documentation, and coordination with technology and business teams.
• Analyze client needs and contribute to effective solutions.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with global teams and diverse stakeholders.
• Adapt and learn new tools, platforms, and methodologies used in modern digital, cloud, data, and product development environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest or prior exposure to areas such as software development, data processing, cloud technologies, IoT, or CRM platforms.
