Full-Time Line Crewmember, Innsbrook

About the Role

Roots Natural Kitchen is hiring a Full-Time Line Crewmember for their Innsbrook location. This role is responsible for crafting bowls and ensuring an incredible customer experience. You will work in the front of house, collaborating with the crew to serve bowls quickly, maintain restaurant cleanliness, and restock ingredients.

Key Responsibilities

• Have a relentless focus on providing incredible customer experiences and paying attention to all the details.
• Work all line positions: greeter, ingredients, mixer, protein, POS.
• Actively communicate with Leadership Team, grill, and dish crewmembers.
• Maintain a positive and cheerful attitude during all scheduled shifts.
• Help restock line and reach-in fridge ingredients, as needed.
• Use portion control and minimize waste to keep cost within projected range.
• Multi-task and maintain organization in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting Salary: Guaranteed $15.00/hr (including tips).
• Tips: Pooled among all hourly employees, paid biweekly, usually boosting base pay by more than $2/hr.
• Quarterly Profit-Share: For full-time employees, based on restaurant and company performance, can equal up to 10% of quarterly pay.
